Well, go to put it on the charger and behold that I get the same "your battery is fully" indicator from the charger I did from my Dead on Arrival battery. A 21 mile round trip and by the time I made it back home the bike was about 20-40% battery (44.6 volts). Well today the 26th I decided to test the limits of the bike in terms of range. Charged it up which took approximately 5 hours.

Took it to work and home with no major problems. So battery #2 I checked, had a indicator and was full so I did not top it off. This lead to another week for a replacement battery, which arrived on Aug 25th. It took a week of back and forth with Customer support, numerous videos and pictures to prove that "I" was not at fault and that the battery just absolutely refused to work/charge/indicate a charge. The indicator would only momentarily flicker, the charger claimed the battery was full with a green light, bike would not turn on.

When I received the bike the first battery was dead on arrival. I ordered my bike in July 2020, and it arrived on Aug 11.
